All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time for bespoke or custom items may extend up to 5-7 business days due to the intricate craftsmanship required.
Shipping methods & times

Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days after processing. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Please note that all our products are handmade on demand, hence the shipping length.

Shipping Costs & International Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method, destination, and order weight. Costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.

We currently are only shipping within Europe.
Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s journey.

Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority at cappa. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in unused, unworn condition and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. You must return it with original tags, receipt and in its original condition.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or refund.
Exclusions

Custom or bespoke items are non-refundable as they are tailored to your specifications.

Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless stated otherwise.
Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at atelier.cappa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
